If you’re looking to or getting married at Elle by Stella and want to have a photo booth at your wedding, one of the first questions you’re sure to find yourself asking is “where the heck are we gonna set this thing up?”. And after working countless weddings at Elle we’ve put together a list of the best spots to set up a photo booth at Elle by Stella. We’ve carefully selected these spots with 3 things in mind:

Now, let’s dive in! Here are the top 3 best spots to set up a photo booth at Elle by Stella.

1. Along the wall with the built in water fountain

The closest location to the bar, dance floor and everything in-between. If you’re floor plan allows for it, this will always be our #1 recommendation. It’s convenient for your guests to hop into photos meaning- you’re likely to see the most engagement throughout the night.

2. Along the wall lined with windows when you first walk into the main space

Similar to the first, this location is convenient and sure to see tons of engagement. We recommend #1 over this location only because the photo booth is located approx. 4 feet from the backdrop. Because of this, our setup can sometimes feel “in the way” of guests entering and exiting the main room depending on the exact placement of the booth along this wall.

3. In the space where cocktail hour can be held indoors

The most spacious setup location and offers a private setup process. Although the photo booth will not be in the main room, we set up along the back wall of this room so that the photo booth is still within sight. Your guests will be able to see the booth from the main room- meaning it won’t be forgotten about.

With each set up location, we begin our set up 1.5 hours prior to your start time. This typically takes place right before cocktail hour or during your dinner service depending on the active run time you have chosen. Worried about the noise or seeing the setup process? We can accommodate an early setup with idle time. This means the booth is ready for you when you and your guests enter into the space.
